WHAT DOES RANDOM-NUMBER MEAN?

There is a philosophical query about what exactly "random" is, but its defining characteristic is definitely unpredictability. We are not able to look at the unpredictability of just one amount, considering that that range is exactly what it is actually, but we can easily talk about the unpredictability of the number of quantities (selection sequen
